In your role as Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d), it is your responsibility to build and operate the optimal go-to-market engine to maximize revenue through strategic focus and operational excellence.
By creating data-driven workflows, optimizing processes, developing reports & dashboards, and providing support and training, you will help departments leverage our CRM and related applications to track Sales performance, recognize opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions by stakeholders across the company.

Your Responsibilities

  • You champion the use of technology, tools and processes in support of evolving business needs and goals to ultimately move the needle on revenue growth
  • You build and maintain a robust suite of reports and dashboards to monitor and report on individual and team KPIs and drive business decisions
  • You perform investigations to reveal potential insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus and recommended paths forward
  • You continuously monitor new data and determine necessary training opportunities for data creators to maintain high data quality standards
  • You create, roll-out and drive adoption of processes by defining and maintaining documentation and playbooks
  • You collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand the details of a business problem, it’s impact on the business and the desired outcome the team wishes to achieve
  • You scope out and manage strategic projects with key subject matter experts to deliver highly requested operational changes and improvements to the Revenue Organization

Your Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, business informatics, economics and/or finance
  • You have 2+ years of in-depth professional experience in Revenue/ B2B Sales analytics or operations - ideally in a dynamic SaaS environment
  • You are experienced in working with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Your organizational talent, KPI-oriented mindset, and your affinity for processes, data and numbers round up your hands-on mentality
  • You have strong analytical skills and demonstrated the ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions
  • You apply a collaborative working style, with experience working across the company with teams of varied sizes to achieve common goals
  • Your project management and planning skills are exceptional; proficiency with SQL and experience with business intelligence tools are preferred
  • Your English is business fluent in speaking and writing. German is a plus
