Head of Growth Marketing / Demand Generation (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities

  • You define and manage a world class SaaS lead generation framework and the demand generation playbook (lead generation, pipeline creation and nurturing) together with our VP Marketing & Demand
  • You drive growth through effective and sustainable online and offline demand generation tactics and processes (e.g. inbound marketing, direct marketing, events, lead activation)
  • You are the head and heart of customer intelligence at Alasco to identify the right timing, content and channel to (re-)approach prospects
  • You monitor demand generation efforts, their effectiveness and impact on our pipelines and revenue
  • You build and lead the Demand Team with high potential employees
  • You work closely together with our Marketing, Sales, International and Revenue Operations Teams on lead generation and nurturing
  • You are a growth advocate across our whole organization

Your Profile

  • Demand Generation position in a scaling B2B SaaS company and/or or background in an inbound marketing role such as performance marketing for at least 2+ years
  • Experience in online/performance marketing (incl. leading agencies), crm/marketing automation and account-based marketing tactics
  • Strong leadership skills to build, lead and empower a high-impact team
  • Hands on, agile and growth hacking mindset
  • Great expertise in analytics and deriving actionable insights from complex data
  • Advanced experience with relevant software tools, including HubSpot, Google Analytics and other
  • A structured work process and the aspiration to make our organization quantifiably better every week
