Our Marketing Team is looking for support:

(Senior) Brand Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • You develop and implement a consistent brand strategy, defining the style and brand guidelines, value propositions, positioning and the brand vision together with our marketing leadership team
  • You define and manage the brand playbook to create a world class SaaS Brand towards customers and employees
  • You launch and manage long-term brand-building initiatives and multi-channel brand campaigns
  • You concept, implement and optimise campaigns to achieve awareness goals, both inhouse and together with agencies or freelances
  • You evaluate new awareness opportunities and explore new brand building formats
  • You support our multi-media production for, but not limited to, social media and website
  • You ensure that all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone, and optimized for all channels, including website, social media, email, and brand materials
  • You define and monitor the KPIs to measure the success on your initiatives

Your Profile

  • At least 3+ years experience in brand management / marketing position in a B2B company and/or or background in a brand agency/consultancy
  • You’re ambitious and want to create best-in-class B2B brand experiences.
  • You are a do-er who loves fast-paced environments.
  • You're analytical and numbers help you optimize your strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • First leadership experience is a plus
  • You have experience working with and managing creators, like designers, videographers and copywriters
