Marketing Growth Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • You create, manage and experiment with lead generation and lead activation campaigns using the right mix of channels and tactics to create demand and inbound pipeline
  • You monitor and optimize conversion rates in our marketing and demand funnels to maximize revenue opportunities
  • You manage our online marketing channels (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads…) in cooperation with our agency
  • You work closely together with our Marketing, Sales, International and Revenue Operations Teams on lead generation and nurturing initiatives

Your Profile

  • You have a few years experience in B2B / SaaS Marketing with Demand Generation experience in delivering integrated multi-channel marketing campaign
  • You have a solid understanding of conversion funnels and how to channel leads through them
  • You have experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot
  • You have experience in online, performance and e-mail marketing
  • You have a hands on, agile and growth hacking mindset
  • You are driven by data and are able to make informed commercial decisions and optimize campaigns for pipeline and revenue growth
