As VP/Head of Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth while optimising operational efficiency, ensuring financial sustainability and legal compliance. Your drive is to understand our business end to end from product development to GTM strategies. Through smooth and efficient processes, definition of KPIs and goals, good data and tool infrastructure and strong leadership you ultimately ensure a high effectiveness of our organisation. 🚀
You lead the Finance, Accounting & Legal and Revenue Operations teams and are responsible for their further development. You report to the COO and work closely with the senior leadership team.

Translate Alasco’s strategy into execution.
Recruiting and developing a high performing team.
In the area of Finance, Accounting & Legal you together with your team are responsible for:
Development and professionalisation of all finance and controlling processes and the legal setup at Alasco.
Core finance processes like strategic financial planning, annual budgeting, accounting and financial statements, reporting for the team and our investors.
Treasury management and risk management
The development of strategic projects (e.g. Fundraising, M&A, Packaging & Pricing) in coordination with management and founders
Enable other teams to do their quarterly and annual planning.
Support P&E on business cases for product initiatives and opportunities.
Market analysis to support key strategic decisions
In the area of Revenue Operations you are together with your team responsible for:
A streamlined communication between Sales, Marketing and Customer Success supported based on coherent processes and data.
Determine and optimise territory and account assignments, and make recommendations on the design of the Sales organisation.
Monitor and review the sales funnel on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Drive quarterly business reviews and forecasts together with our VP Sales.
Implement best-practices and standardisation of sales processes leveraging efficiency and scalability.
Ensure alignment of Sales team with overall corporate objectives and priorities.
Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and facilitate the closing of business.
Recommend and implement key tools to increase the impact of reps.
Enable reps to use our our tech stack to its full potential through coaching/training.
Implement workflow/automation to reduce administrative tasks for GTM teams.
Align strategic capacity planning and workforce planning with our VP Sales and VP People.
Set and align quarterly goals for GTM teams.
Define compensation plans and models that facilitate the scaling of the business in close cooperation with our VP Sales.
You have already gained several years of experience in a comparable role in a fast-growing company, VC or a top strategy consultancy.
You have graduated in the top 10% of a top university or college.
You are proficient in hiring new employees and also possess strong leadership skills to lead and develop the team.
You have a positive attitude and bring a very strong sense of drive and initiative.
You are entrepreneurial, like to take responsibility and have a strong motivation to digitise the construction industry.
You are good at visually illustrating complex relationships.
You are fluent in English and German to successfully communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
