International Business Development Account Executive

Your Mission:

  • You develop and implement the strategic and operational goals of the international business unit
  • You create a business plan based on your market analysis and support the VP of Sales and VP of Marketing in aligning marketing plans
  • You will present Alasco to customers, partners and associations in the international market. Ideally you already have a very good network in the real estate sector.
  • You represent our vision of a closely networked and digitized real estate industry at trade fairs, conferences and other events.
  • You will be responsible for business development and sales of the Alasco solution portfolio
  • You will become a valuable part of our go-to-market team and contribute significantly to the success of Alasco and to the achievement of our goals in the European markets by closing new contracts.
  • You develop a common understanding with potential customers on how modern SaaS software can solve the existing problems of digitalization and decarbonization. In particular, you consult our clients on how they can use Alasco in their daily work to optimize their real estate portfolio in the context of ESG and environmental sustainability.
  • You accompany your leads along the entire sales funnel and ensure an optimal customer journey.
  • You lead the negotiations with our clients and are responsible for closing the deal.
  • You analyze and identify specific feature requests and requirements in dialog with our customers and translate them into concrete tasks for our development team.

Who you are:

  • You already have several years of experience in international B2B sales.
  • You have a track record in building and executing international GoToMarket business plans.
  • Ideally, you have experience in SaaS sales and can demonstrate excellent sales performance.
  • You are characterized by high social competence and excellent communication skills. In addition, you have strong argumentation and networking skills.
  • You have a quick thinking and see yourself as an active listener to identify and understand challenges.
  • You have a passion and understanding for the construction and real estate business and for the transformation and digitalisation of the industry.
  • You are fluent in English and German to communicate successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
